You will need the following:
Split boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( we use about three pounds for a meal, for nine people)
Rice chex, made in to coarse crumbs
Oil to fry in~ we use canola
Onion powder
Garlic powder
paprika
salt
plain gelatin~ 1 packet per pound of chicken seems to be what works.
**DISCLAIMER** In the video I state "this is really so easy, the kids make it all the time, I just cut up the chicken." I should ALSO have mentioned that I never allow the monsters to deep fry anything. Not even #1. That's my job, solely.

Awesome, y'all. Y'all make a beautiful family and a mean Chicken Nugget.
You know, there are a couple of things I never realized before making this video. 1) how much I say y'all and B) I have a DRAWL??? Where did THAT come from? LOL Asked the monsters, after they saw this video, and they looked at me like I was insane. "Mother, that's the way you ALWAYS talk!"
I feel like chicken tonight, chicken tonight!

I was just getting on the computer to get some dinner ideas....got one! Thanks! So glad to come across you on twitter and your blog. I have eight kiddos! I am a new follower on both!
Woo-hoo! Look out, Paula Deen... the Monsters are here!! How lame am I that it never occurred to me to tilt my drain pan up?

may have to try this soon! it looks tasty and easy enough! and I love your vocie!
That was awesome! I love how the kids actually know their numbers. And how we have almost the exact same kitchen cabinets. And how number 5 was mining for gold the entire time. Great job!
